Yemen East

In East Yemen, TransGlobe holds working interests ranging from 13.8 percent to 33 percent in Blocks 32, 72 and 84. These Blocks are operated by DNO ASA with whom TransGlobe entertains an excellent working relationship. These blocks are located in the Masila Basin, adjacent to the 1.5+ billion barrels discovered by Nexen Inc. and Total SA. Block 32 has been on production since 2000, from discoveries at Tasour and Godah. Future drilling will be mainly focused on the two exploration Blocks (72 & 84): higher risk with potential high rewards.
