Nuqra
The Nuqra Concession is a large block of land that covers approximately 2.3 million acres. TransGlobe participated in two wells at Nuqra, which were both dry and abandoned. However, based on a discovery by a competitor approximately 10 miles across the Nile from TransGlobe's Nuqra holdings and extensive information gathered from 2-D seismic data, the Company plans to drill one to two exploration wells in 2010.
